Presenting on Queer Obsolescence Work at GSISC 2026

Standard

I am excited to be returning to the Gender and Sexuality in Information Studies Colloquium next week as a presenter. I will be presenting a paper titled: “…keep it up. What you’re doing is important, and it gets better every show”: Utilizing Obsolete Archival Formats to Explore Queer Information Futures. This presentation is part of a broader book project I am working on related to queerness, archives, and format obsolescence as a set of forces that inform how we do LGBTQIA+ historiographic work. You can register for virtual conference here!
